Excellent experience! Definitely worth five stars! Chef Nguyen took my friend and I on a tour of the next door market, explaining how Vietnamese cook with different foods. Next we went in the kitchen to make spring rolls, papaya salad, seared beef, and a tuna steak. Chef Nguyen was very patient with us, answering all our questions and gave us many cooking tips. The food we created tasted, and looked, wonderful.

The family owned Red Dragon has a lovely ambiance with outdoor seating. Tu is an excellent and imaginative chef. Many of his dishes are his own signature and can’t be found in other restaurants. Some of his beautifully presented dishes include: roasted red snapper, crispy cocoanut crusted king prawns, and lemon grass skewered grilled chicken all served with Tu’s original sauces. Ate the tofu curry here. It was very good. Great combination of flavors, and a decent amount of spiciness. Very fresh ingredients, and you can see into the kitchen where they prepare your food.
